Job Description

  • Lead the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions and adverts through to offer stage.
  • Proactively headhunt and source top talent across Europe and the US, using creative outreach and market mapping.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders globally to define role requirements and shape hiring strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and structured interviewing.
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain clear, accurate ATS data and support improvements to hiring processes, scorecards, and evaluation tools.
  • Drive a high‑quality candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
  • Improve hiring processes including scorecards, assessments, and evaluation tools.
  • Manage job boards, LinkedIn postings, and sourcing for high‑volume roles.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support with developing employer branding, engagement and culture initiatives / interventions
  • Act as a Culture Champion for the London office to support local engagement and connection

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across the US and Europe.
  • Background in a fast‑paced, global environment (technology/SaaS preferred but not essential).
  • Experience managing global recruitment campaigns
  • Highly organised with strong coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple regions and time zones.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys improving processes.
  • Interested in culture, engagement, or broader people programs.
  • Values‑driven, collaborative, and adaptable.
