Job Description

  • Provide expert tax advice to clients, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend strategies to optimise tax positions.
  • Support and manage the preparation of tax computations and returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Contribute to the growth of the tax advisory function within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Advisory Manager should have:

  • A professional tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance.
  • Experience providing tailored tax advice to a variety of clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
