The whole team is 12 people total and you will be the first in house developer. They are looking for a hands on Tech Lead who alongside coding will get involved in working with suppliers, scoping out work and mentoring 1 or 2 others when the team grows later this year. This role is a 2 year FTC which is very likely to turn permanent.
