This is a long-term interim contract, and they operate on a hybrid model (3 days per week in Central London.)Job Description* Lead delivery of strategic transformation and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to the unified business strategy and operating model.* Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, coordinating delivery across application, data, security, infrastructure, product, operations and business readiness streams.* Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change to safeguard scope, timelines, budget and quality.* Assess the quality, clarity and traceability of technical, product and business requirements against delivery outcomes.* Facilitate discovery and problem-definition discussions to clarify outcomes, assumptions and decision points.* Analyse stakeholders, influence paths and impacted groups to support alignment and adoption.* Ensure relevant quality control processes are in place for all deliverables appropriate to level of risk.* Plan and execute transition, capability mobilisation, residual cutover and hypercare activities under robust governance and compliance frameworks.* Manage customer-impacting change and business readiness for new capabilities, operating model changes and cross-functional delivery milestones.* Track benefits, readiness indicators and delivery outcomes to support prioritisation and decision-making.* Support definition, prioritisation and tracking of strategic capabilities, ensuring initiatives map clearly to business outcomes, dependencies and benefits.* Drive cross-functional alignment across Technology, Product, Operations, Commercial and other business stakeholders.* Manage day-to-day project operations with urgency;
