An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic transformation and cross-functional technology initiatives within a complex environment. You will be responsible for translating business strategy into structured delivery plans, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across technology, product, operations and business functions.

Job Description

  • Lead strategic transformation programmes and cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans across application, data, security, infrastructure, product and operational workstreams.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and problem-definition sessions to clarify objectives and requirements.
  • Assess technical, business and product requirements for quality, traceability and alignment to outcomes.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment and adoption across multiple business functions.
  • Plan and coordinate transitions, cutovers, hypercare activities and capability mobilisation efforts.
  • Support business readiness, change management and customer-impacting technology changes.
  • Track benefits, delivery outcomes and readiness indicators to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Produce concise governance reporting covering progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
  • Utilise delivery data and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting and risk identification.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking and financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance, documentation and project controls.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

    • 7+ years' experience managing technology delivery, transformation programmes or complex cross-functional projects.
    • Strong project management expertise across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Proven experience coordinating multiple technology teams and business stakeholders.
    • Experience managing system integrations, data migrations and transformation initiatives.
    • Strong risk, dependency, change and governance management capabilities.
    • Experience with cutover planning, hypercare support, transitions and operational readiness activities.
    • Demonstrated ability to assess requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes.
    • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
    • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
    • Understanding of application, infrastructure, security, data and product delivery environments.
    • Experience using data-driven insights and AI-assisted tools to support project delivery.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
