Job Description

  • Send welcome and onboarding emails to new starters using approved templates.
  • Provide first-line support for Learning & Development queries via email and telephone.
  • Monitor and manage the L&D inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly or escalated where necessary.
  • Maintain and update training records, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Distribute delegate lists and attendance information to trainers ahead of training sessions.
  • Update trainer schedules and communicate any changes to course bookings or delegates.
  • Support the coordination and administration of training courses, workshops, and development programmes.
  • Process training bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Generate reports on training attendance and completion rates.
  • Ensure all learning records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team and wider HR function as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Part-Time Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
