Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager will take ownership of a defined UK, IRE and Scandinavia territory, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development. This is a commercially focused role that requires a consultative, solution-led sales approach and close collaboration with technical and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing territory growth plans focused on targeted customers, applications, and industry sectors.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, trade events, and market engagement.
  • Managing opportunities from initial discovery through to design win, commercialisation, and long-term account growth.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline capable of delivering territory growth targets.
  • Developing strategic account plans to increase share of wallet within existing customers.
  • Establishing relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Applications Engineering and other internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity.
  • Acting as the commercial lead for customer opportunities across multiple stakeholders and functions



The Successful Applicant

The successful Territory Sales Manager UK/IRE/Scandinavia will bring a strong track record in technical B2B sales within a manufacturing or engineering environment and demonstrate the ability to win complex, long-cycle opportunities.

You will possess:

  • Background in technical field sales.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and strategic account management.
  • Experience selling engineered or technical solutions into manufacturing environments, OEM's
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a natural consultative selling style.
  • Excellent relationship-building and account development skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to engage engineering-led organisations.
  • Experience within Medical, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Manufacturing, or similar sectors would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory (approximately 50%). Mostly UK.
