Job Description

  • Prepare and submit planning applications in line with local and national regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support development proposals.
  • Provide detailed advice to clients on planning policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of planning applications and projects.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and their impact on the planning process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Town Planner should have:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Property industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using planning-related software and tools.
