Job Description

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for acquisitions, disposals, and other transactions.
  • Analyse financial statements and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for clients.
  • Prepare and review financial due diligence reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial due diligence.
  • Support business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Services Senior Manager (Financial Due Diligence) should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
