Job Description

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency with financial records.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
  • Assist the accounting team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries and concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transactional Finance Temp should have:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of transactional finance processes such as accounts payable and receivable.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
