UK Key Account Manager - FMCG Consumer Health

Job Description

The UK Key Account Manager - FMCG Consumer Health will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse account performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders within the accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform account strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable outcomes for both parties.
  • Regularly report on account performance and progress to senior management.
  • Proactively identify areas and opportunities for commercial growth with their existing customers but also looking at other opportunities for growth across the UK retail landscape for the category.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Key Account Manager - FMCG Consumer Health should have:

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG or related industry.
  • Current or previous experience with UK national retailers such as Boots and Top 4 Grocery for example.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
  • Understanding of sales processes and account strategies.



This role is a fully remote role so we are open on locations across England.

What's on Offer

A salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience, bonuses paid on a quarterly basis plus standard benefits
