Job Description

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor energy consumption and work towards efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee contractors and ensure timely completion of utility-related projects.
  • Carry out regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on utilities performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the utilities function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Utilities Supervisor should have:

  • Experience in utilities management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
