A leading academic institution in London, a very well known university

Job Description

Produce and post-produce video messages for the President and Senior Management (filming, editing, graphics, captions).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs, objectives, audiences and messaging.

Edit professional-quality audio and video using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).

Set up, operate and maintain professional AV equipment (cameras, audio, lighting and studio systems).

Create platform-specific content for social media, web, events and conferences.

Contribute to planning and delivery of high-impact video and audio projects of strategic importance to the organisation.

Manage workloads, schedules and provide regular progress updates.

Advise and support stakeholders at all levels on audio and video production.

Ensure content aligns with the organisation's brand identity and key messages.

Identify content gaps, storytelling opportunities and emerging digital trends.

Maintain organised digital content archives and documented workflows.

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience producing digital video and audio content.

Proven filmmaking experience with Sony A7 and broadcast cameras.

Advanced use of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud (including After Effects), plus standard office software.

Solid knowledge of audio recording techniques, including multitrack podcast production.

Experience delivering complex, high-impact video and audio projects for multiple stakeholders.

Experience in motion graphics and animation using After Effects or similar software (desirable).

Knowledge of professional studio systems with the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
