Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsGrowing Client Lifecycle Management teamGreat opportunities for progression and developmentAbout Our ClientOur client are growing Corporate and Investment Bank based in the City of LondonJob DescriptionThe VP - Client Lifecycle Management - KYC Team will be responsible for:Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC Analysts and AVP's, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring quality output and be the point of escalation.KYC end to end Oversight:Maintain oversight of the end-to-end KYC process, supporting timely and accurate reviews of KYC records.Stakeholder Management / Collaboration:Act as the primary liaison between KYC rolling review and front office teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment and appropriate management of expectationsThe Successful ApplicantThe VP - Client Lifecycle Management - KYC Team should have the following skills:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Solid experience in KYC, AML, client onboarding, or compliance roles in Corporate and Investment Banking with some experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on communication and strong relationship management.Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, including global standards (e.g., FATF, FinCEN, and EU directives).Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.Familiarity with client onboarding systems, databases, and relevant tools (Fenergo experience would be preferred.
