Job Description

In this VP you will play a pivotal part in driving structured finance investments within the European Private Investments team, with a focus on consumer and/or commercial credit underwriting.

  • Leading the full transaction lifecycle, including origination, negotiation, modelling, due diligence, structuring, and investment memo preparation.
  • Overseeing legal documentation and coordinating with internal teams throughout execution and post‑closing.
  • Building strong relationships with counterparties and identifying new business opportunities across a variety of markets.
  • Collaborating closely with Asset Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Loan Operations.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members, contributing to a high‑performance culture.
  • Staying informed of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging investment opportunities to support strategic decisions.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • C10 years of experience in structured finance loan origination, ideally including consumer and/or commercial credit underwriting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with comfort handling complex data sets and structuring challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • A Master's degree a Bachelor's degree
