About Our Client

Our client, based in Sevenoaks, is a growing organisation within the property and maintenance sector. They are looking for a proactive Works Scheduler to coordinate engineer diaries and ensure customer appointments are booked efficiently and accurately.

Job Description



  • Schedule and book hob installations and related works for field engineers.


  • Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.


  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.


  • Log all job details accurately within internal systems.


  • Respond to queries from engineers, customers, and internal teams.


  • Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.


  • Support the wider operations team with general administrative tasks.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Works Scheduler should have:



  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a fast‑paced administrative role.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.


  • Confident using scheduling systems and general IT software.


  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to prioritise effectively.
