HR Advisor DerbyshireHybrid
This role sits within a centralised ER team and is highly operational. You'll manage a varied ER caseload across low, mid and higher‑risk matters (with no tribunal exposure to date), supporting managers in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment. It's a hands‑on role focused on leading investigations, managing ER process end‑to‑end and providing pragmatic advice where manager capability can vary, so confidence and initiative are key.
This role involves providing clients with clear, practical support on a wide range of HR and employment law matters. You'll deliver accurate, tailored advice on often complex situations, communicating with clients via telephone and email to help them navigate their people-related challenges with confidence.
