David has over 17 years of experience within PageGroup across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Legal, Policy and Human Resources recruitment. This has involved recruiting across all major market sectors, managing and developing multiple teams, launching new disciplines/offices and strengthening Michal Page’s overall brand position and operations as a UK Board member.

Luc Salmon – Operating Director for Michael Page HR, South
Luc qualified and practised as a lawyer in 2000, then spent nearly five years doing a mix of work including criminal law, family law and litigation. In 2004 he left the legal sector after deciding that he wanted to focus on working within a business to business (B2B) environment, where he could have much more contact with clients from a corporate background. Luc joined Michael Page because of its reputation, global reach and extensive focus on customer service.
“At Michael Page HR, I initially specialised in placing lawyers into law firms where I found my niche. After a while, I moved into a more industry focused role and worked with major brands such as O2, Superdry, Jaguar, Porsche, Lloyds Bank, Virgin, BAE Systems and many small start-ups, especially in the technology sector. I then moved into a more managerial role at Michael Page Legal to oversee teams across the UK and made sure every consultant was focused on customer service. In 2016, I moved to Michael Page HR with the aim of creating a team of HR recruitment consultants who see their roles as not just offering a recruitment service, but also as adding value to their clients with a consultative approach. I currently manage our HR teams across the South East and have a focus on recruiting roles with a Diversity and Inclusion focus.”

Cameron Leather – Associate Director for Michael Page HR, London
Cameron has worked for Michael Page since 2010 after making the move across from Bank of New York Mellon where he worked for three years. He chose Michael Page as he wanted to work for a dynamic company that provided a lot of variety for his chosen role and the opportunity to progress.

Felicity Wileman – Senior Manager for Michael Page HR, South & London
Felicity was an Estate Agent for London and Surrey’s largest Estate Agency. After realising that she wanted to be part of something larger, she moved to Michael Page Finance where she stayed for four years, eventually progressing to the position of Manager. She moved to HR in May 2016 and has since become a Senior Manager there, heading up our team in Weybridge and our interim team in London.

Tania Garstang – Senior Manager for Michael Page HR, North
Tania started her career in hospitality managing a busy cocktail bar in Leeds, but after working endless bank holidays and Saturdays she decided it was time to find a fast and exciting Monday-Friday career with Michael Page.
She spent the next six years working for a boutique recruiter in Leeds, setting up the specialist markets for the business, including HR in 2009. She fell in love with HR, the way it added value and engaged people in a business. She wanted to work with the market leader within the sector; so joined Michael Page HR in Yorkshire and hasn’t looked back.
“In my first five years with the business, I’ve been promoted three times and been given the opportunity to develop a HR team in the East Midlands. I now manage two experienced teams in Manchester and Leeds, supporting customers across the North. My role has constantly developed.
“I am really passionate about supporting people, getting the right move for them, and building a relationship that lasts throughout their career. Moving jobs is one of life’s big decisions but I love being part of that process.”

Peter Reid – Senior Manager for Michael Page HR, Reading
Peter has worked for PageGroup since 2001 and initially focused on finance recruitment, and then the secretarial and business support market. Realising that HR recruitment was obviously the place to be, he made the transition in 2012 and now specialises in recruiting within the Senior HR market across the Thames Valley.

Adele Somers – Associate Director for Michael Page HR, Midlands & West
Adele has worked in recruitment for Michael Page since 2003 having joined us on our graduate scheme. She spent the last 14 years running the Midlands legal recruitment operation and recently returned from maternity leave. On her return, she was offered the opportunity to move industry sectors and decided to work for Michael Page Human Resources.
“This is such an exciting a vast area of the recruitment market which offers new and exciting challenges. Along with managing the Midlands and the South West teams, I personally recruit into the market with a focus on sectors such as professional services, distribution and logistics, retail, telcos, and the public sector.
