Nathan joined Imerys as a graduate in 2001 and is now Global Energy Director. With nearly 20 years’ experience across energy management, renewables, logistics and supply chain, he has built a truly international career. Having worked across multiple continents, Nathan has developed extensive global networks and continues to deliver long term, impactful energy strategies.
Lynne is Ceramics Controlling Director at Imerys, combining commercial insight with strong management accounting expertise across multiple operational sites. She joined Imerys in 2004 as a finance graduate and qualified with CIMA. Lynne is a trained mental health first aider, a DEI ambassador and a school governor, supported by Imerys in her community work.
Josh is a mechatronics apprentice with Imerys and Cornwall College, bringing experience from outside traditional apprenticeship pathways. After reassessing his career during Covid, he joined Imerys to develop his mechanical and electrical skills in a varied, hands on role. Alongside his apprenticeship, Josh volunteers as a diversity, equity and inclusion ambassador within the business.
Sophie is a UK Logistics Manager at Imerys, leading a team of 22 employees responsible for transport, invoicing and documentation. She joined Imerys in 2012 in Brazil, gaining invaluable international experience before relocating to the UK. Sophie manages complex logistics across road, sea and bulk shipping in a role that has evolved significantly in recent years.
