You'll be part of a team that values the right attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.What You'll Do:Operate safely and comply with all Imerys EHS and Quality requirementsSupport daily operational activities across mining, refining or drying areasMonitor processes, inspect equipment to ensure the required quality of products is maintained and fit for onward processing and/or despatch to customersUse digital systems including SCADA or control‑room interfacesOperate or support mobile plant (training provided)Maintain high housekeeping standardsContribute to continuous improvement, including I‑Cube initiativesCommunicate effectively across shiftsComplete operational and reporting tasks accuratelyTraining, Development & ProgressionThe Successful ApplicantWe welcome applicants with all levels of experience - from those early in their career to experienced operators.
