Job Description

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to staff and stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with the wider technology team to deliver IT projects effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 1st / 2nd Line Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role within the technology field.

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure effectively.
