About Our Client

Job Description

  • Provide 3rd line support for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain and optimise server and network environments to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Implement upgrades, patches and configurations to keep systems up to date.
  • Monitor systems for potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business-critical projects.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer should have:

  • Strong technical expertise in server and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices.
  • Ability to document technical processes clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
