Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsImmediate Start Opportunity6-month Fixed Term Contract based in MiddletonAbout Our ClientA company based in Manchester operating within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support across all site functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety, and other operational departments.Coordinate and manage all site visits, including customer visits, supplier meetings, and internal/external audits.Communicate site-wide updates and key messages promptly through various channels, including email, digital display screens, and notice boards.Organise and support a range of management forums and events, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, Site Town Halls, and other business meetings.Manage the provision of stationery, office supplies, and equipment required by site management teams.Maintain and regularly update site notice boards to ensure information remains current, accurate, and engaging.Coordinate employee recognition activities, including long-service award presentations, catering arrangements, and site celebrations where appropriate.Raise and process purchase orders using SAP, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.Collate, analyse, and present qualitative and quantitative data to support management reporting and business decision-making.Maintain document control processes, ensuring Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other controlled documents are accurately updated and managed within designated systems.Ensure Health & Safety Data Sheets are maintained, accurate, and distributed as required.Support the effective communication of Manufacturing KPIs, Health & Safety updates, Quality messages, and departmental information across the site through notice boards, line-side communications, and other engagement channels.Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support the smooth and efficient operation of the site.The Successful ApplicantA successful Site Administrator should have:Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on OfferSalary of £30,000 per annum.6-month Fixed-term contract position with a base in Manchester.Opportunity to contribute to a key role within the FMCG industry.40 Hours per week.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
