Job Description

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and finalise audit reports, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with clients to address queries and provide clear communication throughout the audit process.
  • Mentor and support junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in the development of client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting and audit regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA or ACCA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit engagements.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and audit software tools.
