Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Brand Manager:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure all branding aligns with the company's vision and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in branding or marketing roles.
  • A strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
  • Proven skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and using insights for decision-making.
