Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the brand.
  • Manage creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee budget planning and monitor campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers as needed.
  • Produce regular reports on brand performance and campaign outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or branding role within the property industry.
  • A strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
