Job Description

  • Identify and prioritise high-potential retail and online partners
  • Drive new business through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight our value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product ranges for each client
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Meet and exceed KPIs across acquisition, growth, and retention
  • Stay ahead of market trends and digital retail innovations
  • Provide strategic feedback to leadership on client needs and market dynamics



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working with department stores, jewellery multiples, or major online retailers
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
  • Existing network within the luxury goods sector
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive with a self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Results-driven with a long-term relationship focus
  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn
