They advise major corporate clients across sectors such as technology, consumer, industrials and logistics and their disputes practice in Leeds is recognised as a leading player by the legal directories.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:Dealing with a caseload of high value commercial disputes, including international arbitration, technology and product liability claimsDrafting pleadings, managing disclosure, advising on strategy and settlement optionsSupporting business development: pitch materials, client meetings and proposalsWorking closely with the Partners on higher value disputesThe Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be / have;A solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigationExperience across international arbitration, product liability or tech disputes is highly desirableStrong drafting, advocacy, strategic thinking and case management skillsExcellent commercial awareness and client relationship abilityAble to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teamsstrong academicsWhat's on OfferThe salary range is £66,000-£78,000.
