Job Description

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and reviews.
  • Support FCA regulatory requirements and reporting.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
  • Assist with risk assessments and compliance projects.
  • Support AML, KYC, and financial crime activities.
  • Review customer onboarding and due diligence.
  • Prepare compliance reports and management information.
  • Deliver compliance training and guidance to staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Analyst should have:

  • 2-5 years' compliance experience within Financial Services.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations.
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and Financial Crime controls.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
