Having experienced consistent growth over a number of years, the firm has built a thriving practice across several core areas and is recognised for its collaborative, partner-led approach.Job DescriptionYou will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Shareholder agreements and investment arrangementsCorporate restructurings and reorganisationsGeneral company law and corporate governance mattersCorporate transactions linked to real estate and property-focused businessesOngoing advisory work for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial clientsYou will take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion, working directly with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's corporate offering.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered, you must have:Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate lawStrong experience gained within a recognised private practice law firmA proven track record advising SMEs, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businessesExperience managing transactions independently from start to finishCommercially focused and pragmatic approach to client serviceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsInterest in business development, networking, and strengthening client relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areasPrevious experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageousExposure to banking and finance matters would be beneficial, though not essentialWhat's on OfferSalary ranging from £75,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.Comprehensive healthcare benefits.Generous pension scheme.Performance-based bonus structure.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
