Job Description

Knowledge & Innovation

  • Help develop and implement the corporate team's knowledge and innovation strategy
  • Maintain and enhance market-leading precedents, templates and know-how resources
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, market and technology developments
  • Work with innovation specialists to create automated solutions and scalable legal resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and knowledge sharing across the practice
  • Support the responsible adoption of AI and legal technology tools within the team



Training & Development

  • Design and deliver legal and practical training programmes
  • Support associates and fee-earners with technical know-how and knowledge resources
  • Identify emerging training needs across the practice



Thought Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Draft and coordinate legal updates, client briefings and articles
  • Contribute to seminars, workshops and other client-facing initiatives
  • Support business development and pitching activities through knowledge-driven content and resources
  • Analyse market intelligence, client trends and industry developments

  • Private M&A
  • Private equity transactions
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate advisory work
  • Public M&A and Takeover Code matters
  • Legal technology and AI-enabled legal services development

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer with strong corporate transactional experience gained at a leading law firm
  • Experience advising on M&A, private equity transactions and/or joint ventures
  • Strong drafting, research and communication skills
  • Demonstrable interest in legal technology, AI, knowledge management or innovation
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and translate legal needs into practical solutions
  • Enthusiastic about improving legal service delivery through technology and process improvement
  • Previous PSL/Knowledge Lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently
