Job Description

The Corporate Lawyer will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters for a broad client base.
  • Advising clients on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the wider corporate team.

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Lawyer should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with approximately 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
  • Experienced in handling corporate transactions with a good level of autonomy.
  • Commercially minded and able to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
  • A confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
  • Looking for a permanent, part-time opportunity within a collaborative regional practice.
