Job Description

  • Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Support the team in managing supplier relationships and maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of procurement documentation and contracts.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful C&P Co-Ordinator should have:

  • Experience in procurement or supply chain operations within the industrial sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for procurement and supply chain management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
