Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's credit control processes effectively.
  • Review and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Perform credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding payment issues with customers.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to accounts receivable and overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Strong knowledge of credit control and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience in the Professional Services industry or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a London-based office environment.
