Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be at forefront of the business supporting existing clients regarding their active cases and services.

You will be supporting with a range of enquiries alongside chasing up documentation and details required for each clients file.

The role will be mainly supporting customers over the telephone the position will be very fast paced and you will ensure each client is provided the best service.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

Able to work in a targeted high volume environment
