This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll define the digital roadmap, shape audience strategy, and build a brand presence across social, shopper, and retail media. You'll be the go-to for digital from agency management through to innovation.

Job Description

  • Understand consumer and shopper needs in digital through a comprehensive digital audit
  • Bring digital insights into the business through social listening
  • Develop a 3-year digital marketing strategy aligned with company and brand plans
  • Partner with the brand management team to create fit-for-purpose digital content across all channels
  • Work with the Marketing Director to identify a new digital agency and manage them to activate different digital requirements
  • Execute the digital plan across channels and media, creating a connected approach with sales channels and shopper marketing
  • Build and develop the website with content and functionality to improve brand rankings and online engagement
  • Improve digital shelf presence across key platforms
  • Grow social media presence and key engagement metrics
  • Develop an online customer service solution
  • Build a CRM strategy to grow and strengthen consumer relationships

The Successful Applicant

· A digital expert with broad knowledge of digital planning & execution and proven success of building brands online in FMCG.

· A passionate brand advocate with a natural affinity for brands and how they connect with consumers

· A passion for food combined with a natural curiosity for consumers & new products

· Able to work with ambiguity and be flexibly minded and offer innovative solutions

· A self starter, able to work alone and in a team
