Job Description

International Growth & Commercial Oversight

  • Set direction and lead execution for international direct-to-consumer growth in line with wider digital commerce ambitions
  • Track and interpret commercial performance across acquisition, repeat revenue, conversion efficiency, unit economics, and margin
  • Surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate clear recommendations to leadership



On-Site Experience & Conversion

  • Contribute to the design and optimisation of on-site experiences for distinct audiences, launches, and campaigns
  • Work closely with growth stakeholders to shape and refine market-specific acquisition offers based on performance



Demand Planning & Launch Readiness

  • Coordinate with operations and supply partners to anticipate demand and align inventory plans
  • Monitor stock health across fulfilment networks to support uninterrupted trading
  • Inform launch volumes for new products using historical data and forward-looking marketing inputs



Commercial Presentation & Offer Strategy

  • Support regional pricing, bundling, and category rollouts in partnership with commercial teams
  • Ensure regional product pages accurately reflect positioning, content, and commercial terms



International Enablement & Expansion

  • Define and manage localisation across markets, including language, currency, payment flows, and customer touchpoints
  • Oversee content adaptation processes for international storefronts
  • Plan and sequence entry into new markets and distribution channels



Customer Retention & Value Growth

  • Collaborate with retention teams to enhance CRM activity across international audiences
  • Identify levers to grow long-term customer value, including subscription and loyalty mechanics



Trading & Campaign Planning

  • Guide the planning and delivery of product launches, special releases, and promotional moments across the trading calendar

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in digital commerce, online growth, or commercial strategy within a consumer-facing environment
  • Comfortable operating within a direct-to-consumer ecosystem, with a solid grasp of how ecommerce platforms and storefronts function day to day
  • Proven involvement in improving on-site performance, from funnel optimisation to shaping end-to-end customer flows
  • Confident working with numbers and commercial metrics, translating insight into practical next steps
  • Hands-on exposure to ecommerce platforms, analytics environments, experimentation frameworks, and optimisation tools
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with execution, moving quickly from idea to delivery
  • Clear, proactive communicator who works well across teams and takes ownership of outcomes
