Job DescriptionAs an Employment Senior/Managing Associate your duties will include:Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters to clients across various sectors.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other related documents.Support clients with complex employment disputes, including tribunals and litigation.Advise on redundancy processes, TUPE, and employee relations matters.Deliver training sessions and workshops on employment law topics.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business development.Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide insights to clients and colleagues.Mentor and support junior team members within the legal department.The Successful ApplicantA successful Employment Senior/Managing Associate should have at least 4 PQE, please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.Hybrid working arrangements for a better work-life balance.Bonus scheme to reward performance.Permanent position within the London-based team.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
