Job Description

  • Advising employers and businesses on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Managing employment tribunal claims, disputes, disciplinary matters and grievances.
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused employment law advice to a varied client base.
  • Assisting corporate and transactional matters with employment law input where required.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3-5 years PQE in employment law.
  • Experienced in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Able to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice to clients.
  • Possessing excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ideally experienced in transactional employment work, although this is not essential.
  • A proactive team player with strong technical ability to deliver excellent client service.
