Job Description

The Employment Solicitor Associate or Senior Associate will be:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of strategic employment law matters.
  • Managing complex employment tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
  • Supporting corporate transactions, outsourcing projects and restructurings.
  • Advising on senior executive and board-level employment issues.
  • Working on international and cross-border employment projects alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.



The Successful Applicant

The Employment Solicitor Associate or Senior Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years' PQE in employment law.
  • Experienced in providing strategic employment law advice to commercial clients.
  • Comfortable handling complex tribunal litigation and contentious matters.
  • Experienced in restructuring, redundancy, discrimination and whistleblowing issues.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Keen to contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.
