This role is within the electronic musical instruments and music technology sector, based in Reading.

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable for European customers.
  • Chase overdue payments and resolve any related queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address credit issues and minimise risks.
  • Prepare regular credit control reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and European regulations.
  • Assist with credit assessments for new customers as needed.
  • Support the month-end process by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful European Credit Controller should have:

  • Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.
  • Knowledge of European payment practices and regulations is an advantage.
