Job Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.
  • Conducting initial client consultations and converting enquiries into ongoing instructions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout their matter.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Newbury office.

The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1-2 years PQE in family law.
  • Experienced in handling a range of private family matters with an appropriate level of supervision.
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and developing a caseload.
  • Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service.
  • Organised and able to manage deadlines and billing targets effectively.
  • Interested in developing their career within a specialist family law practice.
