Job Description

  • Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis.
  • Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end reporting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, with exposure to project accounting and revenue recognition.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
