Job Description



As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance.Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
  • Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations
  • Supporting business cases, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with senior finance colleagues on strategic projects



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who is:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Commercially minded with proven analytical skills
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
  • Proactive, curious and keen to influence decision-making
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
