About Our Client

Our client market leading client are seeking a qualified Business Partner to join them on a full time and permanent basis. Operating within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment, the Finance Business Partner will support senior stakeholders with insightful financial analysis, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge, and decision support.
  • Deliver clear and actionable commentary on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, investment appraisal, and scenario planning.
  • Analyse trading performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks.
  • Support the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and board-level presentations.
  • Review and challenge outputs produced by the shared service function, including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, and month-end reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, automation, and process standardisation.
  • Promote a strong control environment while supporting commercial business objectives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification. (Fully qualified)
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role.
  • Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
