Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in London, seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their collaborative finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance teams on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience in the not for profit sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
