Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for various departments.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimise resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Support financial audits and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Experience in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
