Job Description

  • Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven expertise in financial management and reporting.
  • Experience working in Data Centre or Cloud Based Service businesses is essential
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
