Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth within the manufacturing sector.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance and efficiency.

  • Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or be qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
