Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other statutory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
